Project: Acute MR-guided high-intensity focused ultrasound lesion assessment using diffusion weighted imaging and histological analysis
We developed a method of in vivo lesion assessment using high angular resolution diffusion imaging following treatment with magnetic resonance-guided focused ultrasound (MRgFUS). Registration matrices are provided for T1 weighted images and mean diffusion weighted images (MDWI) before and after lesioning (download here).
