Project: An in vivo multi-modal structural template for neonatal piglets with high angular resolution and population-based whole-brain tractography

Based on T1 weighted images and high angular resolution diffusion images, we developed an in vivo multi-modal structural template for neonatal piglets (download here). It includes a T1 weighted image with tissue segmentation probability maps, diffusion weighted metric templates with multiple diffusivity maps, and population-based whole-brain fiber tracts. This atlas can be viewed in 3DSlicer.
